Hi Guys, Sorry for the off topic, but I am hoping some of you as cat lovers will be interested in Ivana's story (and her owners). Ivana somehow got outside (it has happened or will happen to most of us) and her owner dedicated himself to looking for her. He found out she had gotten taken to a shelter (I don't know why anyone would take an obviously immaculately cared for Persian to a shelter to begin with but that is a different story) and he did not find out she was there until she had been given to an unnamed rescue group.
The owner has offered to pay any vetting bills plus Ivana's adoption fee, submit to a home inspection, sign a contract, etc. An attorney experienced in rescue has stepped up to mediate the situation but whichever rescue group has her still will not admit to it. This man really wants his cat back. Also she is on medication and a special raw food diet, which she may or may not be getting. Please network this poor gentleman's web page http://www.letmykittygo.com For those who might think it is a scam, there are several people with whom you can verify, including Ivana's vet of the past TWELVE years and a representative of Briland Pottcats. My heart is breaking for this man and I don't know why a rescue would act this way. It gives us all a bad name.
