Dear all,

It is time to finish up the FEniCS book. We plan to meet with Springer
at the end of May, so we're setting a deadline (this time a firm
deadline) for May 20.

Below is a list of the chapters that are still missing. Please confirm
that the information is accurate and that you plan to submit your
chapter before the deadline (or if the chapter should be cancelled).

Planned chapters not included in the list below should be announced
now.

Also, all authors should subscribe to the book mailing list to
