Dear all, We have started putting the finishing touches to the book manuscript and will try hard to finish up and submit to Springer on Thursday this week.
If you have any last minute fixes or suggestions for the layout, now is the time to speak up. When the manuscript has been submitted to Springer, it will take ca 3-4 months for the book to be printed. At some point during that process, we will receive proofs for all chapters that we need to proofread (yet again).
