Can we remove the BinaryFile class? HDF5 is a better interface, is
portable, parallel and faster. I would like to remove BinaryFile because
the design of BinaryFile is a problem - it's a friend class of other
classes, which is a maintenance burden. Private changes in other class
often lead to BinaryFile breaking or behaving unexpectedly.
