even using LU as linear solver does not give the right solution. It
looks like the Dirichlet condition is set to zero at the borders of the
mesh partition.

Using only few processes the programm terminates properly, but the
results are obviously not correct. The installation is the ppa
installation on a compute server running ubuntu 13.10 server. It
seems that commenting out line 8 and using the Expression to define
the boundary condition solves the problem.
Please tell me if any further information is needed or if I should
post this problem anywhere else.
