I started playing around with the Vagrant installation yesterday and
it seems like a very attractive way to distribute FEniCS. It's also
very easy to understand and get started with.

By recommending Vagrant as the default installation method, we can
guarantee that all users have the exact same environment, which will
take away 90% of installation support questions.

Related to this, I think we should discuss which installation methods
we should officially support. With fewer options, we can do a better
job with the remaining options. I would suggest:

1. Official Vagrant VM (always based on the latest Ubuntu release)

The Vagrant provision script can build FEniCS + dependencies
from source and can replace Dorsal for those of us who want to
   build natively on Ubuntu.

2. Official Debian/Ubuntu packages (as we have now)

3. Manual installation from source (with better instructions than we
   have now)
