Hi,

A new interface (PETScTAOSolver) for the PETSc nonlinear
(bound-constrained) optimisation solver (TAO) has just been merged into
DOLFIN. The usage is quite similar to PETScSNESSolver and some demos are
available in `/undocumented/buckling-tao/python` and `/undocumented/
contact-vi-tao/python`.

DOLFIN:

- Add interface (PETScTAOSolver) for the PETSc nonlinear
(bound-constrained) optimisation solver (TAO)
