Hello,

I would like to implement a boundary condition of a non-standard type given as
follows.

The derivative of the function at one part of the boundary should equal the
value of the function at another part of the boundary.

The context of this problem is a stationary Fokker-Planck equation, where the
outflow over one part of the boundary determines the starting condition for the
whole ensemble.

I think that the problem is well-posed.

Many thanks,
