In dolfin master there is a demo of isoparametric poisson on a quadratic unit disc. Some more work is needed to make all parts of fenics deal with non affine meshes, and we're actively working on that. We'll support quadratic and cubic Lagrange basis for the geometry initially, although most of the framework is more general.
