Hi John,
You're missing the ruby header files, ie ruby.h. I'm guessing Fedora
doesn't come with ruby-devel installed by default. (I use Ubuntu). Try
installing the RPM from here;
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=ruby-devel
Or perhaps this will do the job;
sudo yum install ruby-devel
Please let us know if you get it working.
