After setting some STDERR and STDOUT in all vendor-plugins I see no reaction wen starting the console script. Maybe the typo-tweaks of config/boot.rb causing some side-effects and so Typo don't load any plugin anymore. Unfortuanalty the typo trac side is down since a couple of month now. So I can't post an issues about this problem at the moment.
