This is not exactly clear to me.  If I have an idea for something I
would like to give a presentation about, then I post about it in the
forum?  I ask because according to the site, the last post in the forum
was over 38 weeks ago, but there are more than a dozen sessions listed
on the sessions page.  If not through the forum, then what is the
correct venue for submitting a presentation proposal?
