I get a "page not found" for for both links regardless of being
logged in or not. Perhaps there is a privilege issue here.
These things should be available to people who aren't registered/
logged in by design. Forcing someone to register/log in to get
something help you all promote your fest is a pita. And likely off-
putting for some people giving their free time to promote this fest.
If the intention is to make them available to everyone regardless of
being logged in, then this is not the paragraph you are looking for. :)

Hmmm, seems to be working okay here. There was a little hiccup when
trying to access the page without logging in, but that's not an issue
now. Perhaps somebody already fixed it.
When will banners be available? We will discuss that tonight. Somebody
will be back with the information.
