Thanks everyone for the kind accolades! Last year drupalcon tried this badge idea. There were a few bugs with it (paper was too thick so no one could see names), and we aimed to improve it a bit. I'm really happy with how it turned out, especially the quick label printing!
But I want to make sure the design and look of the badges goes to Emilie Nouveau. She did all the heavy lifting to get these things done in 2 days.
