Noting an odd quirk here - Mailman is getting the hiccups, so some
people are getting their messages from the list something like an hour
or more after the message hits the list. As near as I can tell, it's
due to the way it's interacting with the mailer daemon here.
Suffice it to say, this just isn't right, so I'm making adjustments.
Expect odd performance quirks as this happens - or, if this first one
went, it'll Just Work(TM).
