avformat/movenc: add Apple APAC codec tag for mp4 muxing
The MP4 muxer rejects streams with AV_CODEC_ID_APPLE_APAC because the
codec_mp4_tags[] table has no entry for it, while the MOV muxer already
accepts the codec. Add the apac sample entry tag so APAC streams can be
copied into MP4 with -c:a copy.
