Actually no, it wont help. The decoder as is lacks the DELAY flag, so
it's a 1:1 decoder. Guess this is correct.

If you set frame->pkt_dts however, you need to signal it with the
FF_CODEC_CAP_SETS_PKT_DTS AVCodec.caps_internal flag.
