Just for the record, there is also asrc_sine.c in lavfi that generates a bit-exact sine signal. I have the vague project of expanding it to generate semi-random sequences of "notes", but no time yet. But for this particular case, I wonder why there is so much code for a specific codec test while all other codecs are tested using the standard command-line tools. Regards, -- Nicolas George
