Hello I am trying to add support for loongarch(a new architecture launched by Loongson) in ffmpeg, Should I donate a test machine or just offer a qemu before uploading patches? Alos, who should I contact if I want to add loongarch state into fate.ffmpeg.org <http://fate.ffmpeg.org/>. Any other suggestions or precautions will be appreciated.
