I don't see why you need an option for this. In parsing the SDP, it should be self-evident if a given socket needs to be reused for RTCP-mux or for SDP BUNDLE. Also, there are no ways that the REUSEADDR socket option would be able to handle either of those protocol extensions. You need to use the same socket and demultiplex in user-space *after* the recv() socket call (or equivalent).
