Hi Derek,
The HW is now available on Akamai Cloud for public access:
https://techdocs.akamai.com/cloud-computing/docs/accelerated-compute-instances
We hope adding the codecs/filters to FFmpeg will aid public cloud users in
getting started with these accelerators.
If anyone is interested in accessing some demo environments with the Quadra HW
to test out this patch, please email me directly.
