If there's any PR that's been properly reviewed and is ready to merge, just 
ping me.

But for the most part, I believe that the PR's aren't getting reviewed 
properly, if at all. I did warn over 6 months ago that with the RISE FFmpeg 
H.264 subcontract ending, there was a high risk of exactly that.

It always helps to make smaller logical patches, but ultimately we are short on 
motivated and available reviewers. I wish I could review during my working 
hours, but in my current job, I can't.
