Next to the ffmpeg.org Website, it also hosts the mailing lists and its multiple web interfaces, as well as the associated mail server.
This also includes git/source.ffmpeg.org, but not code.ffmpeg.org. Fate, Patchwork and Trac are also unaffected.I expect the basic functionality to be back to normal relatively quickly, but I also expect there to be a lot of "teething issues", so stuff might not work 100% smoothly for a little bit.
