61f45bd002 added the builtins library in the extralibs of libswscale as the only user of av_int128. However, libibavutil/tests/rational includes libswscale/rational64.c but links as a test program of libavutil, and checkasm links libswscale without its extralibs, so both failed to inherit correct link flags.
