If nobody objects, I will push the patch in a few hours. Regarding the later remarks, the patch addresses a regression in the build of lavd/jack on a linux system that has libdispatch installed and working. I agree that a better fix would be to support libdispatch on systems != darwin but I don't have the time to do that at the moment.
