This disables the sctp protocol on those systems then? Probably fine,
but *searchengine* tells me that some parts of the implementation are
hidden behind defines (which ffmpeg may or may not want to use):

But then, without understanding the impact of these defines (at least
globally), and especially without the possibility of trying to build on
Solaris, this may indeed be the easiest fix.
