My first version of the patch(https://patchwork.ffmpeg.org/patch/10754/) just 
like this.

ffmpeg -hwaccel vaapi -vaapi_device /dev/dri/renderD128
-hwaccel_output_format vaapi -i input.264 -vf "rotation_vaapi=angle=90"
-c:v h264_vaapi output.h264

And I got comments to add sub-options. the sub-options are clock_0, clock_90, 
clock_180, clock_270, the command line likes this.

ffmpeg -hwaccel vaapi -vaapi_device /dev/dri/renderD128
-hwaccel_output_format vaapi -i input.264 -vf "rotation_vaapi= clock_270"
-c:v h264_vaapi output.h264
