The command line is actually # ffmpeg -i 000076.wmv 
x.flv

This problem just recently occurred. I obtained the 
latest source code and installed the x264 codec. 
After compiling with x264 enabled, i recieved this 
error. I tried recompiling without x264, but the 
error persists. I believe it might be something in 
the svn release.
