Justin Ruggles <justin.rugg...@gmail.com> added the comment: The issue is that AVCODEC_MAX_AUDIO_FRAME_SIZE is 192000. For 16-bit stereo audio, that means the maximum blocksize is 48000. I validated this by testing crafted samples using blocksize of 48000 and 48001. The former worked, while the latter did not.
