You do not provide a copy of the LGPL on the PC. Neither version mentions that FFmpeg is LGPL in the about box. There should be a mention of the license there and indications where to get the source code. Links for FFmpeg, the source code and the LGPL should be directly clickable. FFmpeg is not credited on the VoltaicHD homepage.
