1- what's special with 'libfaac' ? i have been to the source code of this library and as far as i can see it is released under GPL. So i don't understand what prevents me to compile it and distribute it as a binary package. 2- source code: the source code of ConvertHelper is made available to everyone through download. The package also contains a compiled version of FFmpeg from its unmodified sources. I provide the link to download those sources. According to GPL practices, this is acceptable.
