Reproducible with current svn.
File plays fine with mplayer -demuxer asf (resolution change after the first,
corrupted frames), immediately quits with -demuxer lavf.
Possible problem is the incorrectly reported size, actual size is 704 x 576 (@
1.78 -> 1024x576)
