no b frames, unless someone added them recently as a markting trick along
the line of "theora is a great codec we now after years have reached half
of the feature set of mpeg-1 and we hope to reach mpeg1s compression and
quality by the year 2500 (and dont tell anyone all patent on every video
standard will have expired by then rendering the attempt useless)"
