"ffmpeg -i together.wma together.wav && ffplay together.wav" produces no artifacts, but "ffmpeg -i together.wma together.mp4 && ffplay together.mp4" produces the same artifacts (which appear as a vertical white line on ffplay's visual, which is attached.)
