Both the original from DVB-S and the one produced by ffmpeg and the one produced with tsMuxeR, although from the last one the 1st 13 frames are identical. Also the size of the container itself is remarkable. rawfile 34044464 ts from ffmeg 36772048 - 34044464 = 2727584 ts from tsMuxeR 34936228 - 34044464 = 891764 more then 3 times the size
