It seems when you want to change the audio channels count too, you get the
same error (can not resample ...).
It most definitely has something todo with PCM S16LE audio streams and
resampling. I have uploading a 50MB example which always triggers this
issue.
Please note that it worked with previous versions. All version + 0.10
(including latest git) have this issue.
