How is "ffmpeg.exe -i h264.wtv -copytb 0 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f
mpegts test.ts" related to "CopyTB is not working as documented"?
If you believe you found a regression, please
* find the version introducing the problem with git bisect
* open a new ticket
* add the command line and the complete, uncut console output and
* (most important) add a sample
(But note that you may have found a duplicate of ticket #1032)
