Sorry for missing it!
Please always test with the actual sample you are uploading, I fear the
problem is not reproducible with the provided sample;-(
Please see http://ffmpeg.org/bugreports.html for information how to cut
the original sample (1MB should be more than enough), if it doesn't work
after cutting, use tools/qt-faststart before cutting it.
