I can confirm this issue.
No device, neither iOS or Android, is able to play a "stream" generated
from "live input".
When I patched segment.c, to write "EXT-X-TARGETDURATION" at the beginning
of the m3u8, the streams play, but duration is not calculated, so I used a
"fake value".
But this more a dirty hack than anything else. :(
