You need to build from source. Then you need to download the mails with
the patches into a file or several. Once you have that, you use the {{{git
am}}} command to apply them, and build the resulting sources.
The problem is getting the mails in a form that is not mangled by a mail
archive system. I suggest you use a newsreader to connect to Gmane.
