#1966: first field missing playing dvd with commit 8824a9ed

Playing certain DVDs (MPEG2 720x480 (aspect 3) 29.970 fps 8800.0 kbps,
under mplayer) after ffmpeg commit 8824a9ed "mpeg12: clean current picture
ptr." results in many error messages:
[mpeg2video @ 0xf404a0]first field missing
and blank video. (Audio continues to work fine.)
Reverting this commit fixes the problem and video plays perfectly with the
following messages:
[mpeg2video @ 0xf404a0]allocate dummy last picture for field based first
keyframe
[mpeg2video @ 0xf404a0]ac-tex damaged at 7 6
