#2643: HLS output file size chunk is degrading very fast

We use the latest build from ffmpeg for windows
run this command line, rename dirs as needed
C:\Apps\MVP\Tools\ffmpeg\ffmpeg.exe -i
"http://twit.live-s.cdn.bitgravity.com/cdn-
live-s1/_definst_/twit/live/high/playlist.m3u8" -c:v copy -c:a copy -r
29.97 -hls_time 10 -hls_list_size 6 -hls_wrap 60 -start_number 1 -y
"C:\Apps\MVP\Files\hls\test\stream.m3u8"
After about 5 min chunks produced go from being 10 seconds to 1-2 seconds.
No good for playback.
Please review.
