I don't think many people will use libfaac. Both libfaac and libfdk_aac
are non-free, and if many people prefer fdk-aac over faac, the new results
of the new fdk-aac is more interesting than the another results of the old
faac. (As far as I know, there are no blind test of fdk-aac.)
