The problem reported in this ticket (Remuxing h264 from v4l2 device does
not work) was reported many times on the mailing list, the problem afaict
is that no developer owns a device so nobody can test.
Of course other things (like reencoding or not using h264 input in the
first place) will work fine but this is not what was requested / reported.
