Hello,
Thanks you for the time you spent investigating the problem.
I'm not an expert in audio codec, so I cannot "disagree". I understand
your point and it probably makes sense...
In my application, I need to read the file twice and check I got the same
data. So, to workaround this problem, I'll have to close and reopen the
file to make the decoder start from the same state.
