a bunch of screen capture codecs i came across.
most arent particularly difficult, kostya thinks many are zlib. maybe a
jpeg-ls.
these maybe good for new developers to work on an 'easy' codec.

it would be nice if someone created some samples for these.
or entered them into multimedia.cx wiki.
