It is correct and known that WMP (incorrectly) interprets H264 yuvj420p as
yuv420p, see the warning that FFmpeg prints:

No pixel format specified, yuvj420p for H.264 encoding chosen.
Use -pix_fmt yuv420p for compatibility with outdated media players.
