okay so essentially it's definiing the h264 fourcc that was missing.
What's the vbsf flag for since I didn't see any warning from ffmpeg about
it. Is that necessary? I had tried with the vbsf flag and it didn't work
(h264 fourcc was set). Is that an issue with ffmpeg not displaying that
the vbsf flag is rqeuied?
