The individual components don't know about each other, which is part of
its extreme flexibility. It just mentions the most common cases in the
error.
As such, the mpegts muxer doesn't know that its running in the segment
context.
It should probably be documented that for mpegts you want the ssegment
muxer, if its not documented properly somewhere already and you just
didn't find that.
