No, read the report.
FFMPEG 2.7 is affected. It reports error "Channel layout not supported by
Flac, output stream will have incorrect channel layout", when it shouldn't
as this feature has been supported by FLAC for the past 9 years since FLAC
1.1.3 (27-Nov-2006).
